Bach Flower Remedies

Dr Bach’s original 38 flower remedies remedies were designed as a simple, self help system so that everyone could treat their negative emotions and get themselves back to a more positive and balanced state in their life, which makes it easier to cope with life challenges as they crop up.

The Bach remedies have a ‘peeling’ effect on the emotions, our difficulties form like layers of an onion and the remedies peel away the layers bit by bit, so it is possible for new emotions to surface during the course of the treatment.

The system is safe, simple and the remedies are obtained from non-toxic plants.  The Original Bach Flower Remedies contain alcohol so if you are allergic to alcohol or have any other medical reason not to have alcohol you should not take them.

Non-alcoholic remedies are available from Nelsons  (www.nelsonsworld.com), so clients have even more choice. The remedies are also safe to use with orthodox medicine, herbal medicine, homeopathy and alongside other complementary therapies. They are not addictive and have no side effects.

A very useful remedy in an emergency can be Rescue Remedy, the combination remedy that Dr. Bach formulated in times of crises. It can help with any shocks you might experience, help you focus on how you are feeling in the present time, cope with any impatience that you  and help with worrying thoughts that you may have and help to allay your fears

I would also encourage everyone to look at The Bach Centre's webpage (www.bachcentre.com) for further information and support, because there is a lot of very useful information about the remedies.

Debbie has trained with Theresa McInnes for Bach Level 1 and 2 and Tessa Jordan for Level 3, and completed her exam and case studies with the Bach Centre in 2011.

Debbie can offer consultations in person, by telephone or letter.

Consultations last approximately 1 hour for the first visit and 40 - 45 minutes for subsequent visits.
